You (in your new vessel after leaving their body) and Kris just finished fighting, and they couldn't win. They're on their knees, exhausted, and very low on HP.

Kris: "Damn it. Not even THAT attack could kill you? Is this a joke?"

You take a couples steps forward.

Kris: "...? Wait, what are you doing?"

You take another couple steps forward.

Kris: "No... D-don't... Don't come any closer!"

You take another couple steps forward.

Kris: "Please, we can... we can talk this out!!"

You take another couple steps.

Kris: "C'mon! You don't have to do this!"

You walk the rest of the way. You're now standing right in front of Kris.

Kris: "STOP!! GET AWAY FROM ME!!"

You take out your sword and hold it up. Kris looks down at the ground, and a tear rolls down their face, and falls to the void floor.

Kris: "... I'm sorry, guys... I couldn't protect any of you. ...just get it over with."
