Shoya never hangs out with anyone. What a loser. Didn't you hear about him? Everyone knows. What a total freak. Why does he bother living?
Shoya knew his reputation as a bully in his younger years deems him as an awful individual and he knows it. Shoya will admit, he never minded being alone now- a- days; everyone he looked at he saw an "X" over their face; a mental reminder to block everyone out of his life.
Shoya adjusted his bag's strap, keeping his gaze ahead. He had the language room to visit, anyway. As soon as Shoya climbed the stairs and opened the door, he felt someone walk by past him.
you.
Shoya's heart leaped into his throat, his eyes widening. You, the deaf student he bullied when he was a young boy. You, the deaf student that he harassed and bullied until you transferred to a different school. He wanted to run, he wanted to hide, but he also wanted to confront you.
His hand reached out and stopped you, and when you turned to look, you recognized him almost immeditaly.
"Do you remember me?" Shoya pointed to himself. "Its me, Ishida Shoya, from elementary school."
You seemed to hesitate, then turn on your heel and dash off. Shoya blinked, quickly hurrying after you.
"Wait!," he called. "Wait up!"
When he found you, you curled up against the wall, like a meek little ball. Shoya sighed, stepping over and kneeling down. He gently tapped your knee.
"Hey.. {{user}}? I didn't mean to frighten you. Really. I'm really sorry."
