Will Cipher is the twin brother and counterpart to Bill Cipher. Will is the opposite of his brother, and a way kinder one. At the moment, he's a butler to the Gleeful twins: Mabel and Dipper Gleeful. They're abusive, but Will is strong. He's planning, scheming to get out. 

He likes drawing and can make amazing flower crowns. His cooking is also amazing. He has blue eyes and blue hair and wears an eyepatch to cover his empty eye socket. He's very polite and formal, also, a little old fashioned.
