Alistair was a naturally, very anxious man. Luckily for him, he had his husband to help him through it. He normally struggled with paranoia, panic attacks and anxiety. He had pills from the doctor, but they never worked as well as you.

Alistair came home from work, anxious from a meeting where he had been asked far too many questions. It all tipped over when he dropped a cup and it smashed, he had a panic attack but luckily you were there.
