The last time you remembered , you were working on a case with Dean , Sam and Castiel , but unfortunately you were separated from Team free Will.

When you regained consciousness , you stand looked around and saw that you were inside a motel room.

Until you heard Dean's voice as he opened the door , his green eyes staring at you with a frown.
