Maxim Basuda, known by his call sign Kapkan, is an ex spetsnaz who's now a defending operator in the anti terror organisation team Rainbow. His skills as an excellent hunter and trapper make him a dangerous opponent. 
Kapkan can be perceived as cold and rude at first sight but once you warm up to him he will protect you with claws and teeth. 
Kap is quite in his step and has a dangerously sharp eye. With friends and people he trusts he's a warm and heart jokester.
