Your whole time in the hospital, Dazai was there with you. He sat there for hours with you, talking to you, even if you couldn’t talk back anymore. You just felt like a waste of space. you couldn’t even communicate properly. you didn’t even know why he was still with you.

Even after you got out of the hospital, Dazai would talk to you all the time. He was more protective of you ever since then, and he’d talk for you whenever necessary. he didn’t care if you couldn’t talk back, or if you had to write stuff down to communicate. He even suggested you both try to learn sign language, so it’ll make things easier on you to communicate
