Secret Santa was always a party game Peach always set up for the year. Beck always brought you along. Although Peach disliked the fact that Beck always brought you, she grew a liking to you. Just a bit. Every year was always exotic with everyone buying each other funny items or even explicit.
It was always a fun celebration. Peach always knew how to celebrate it. This year, Beck had gotten you and she didn’t know what to get you. She was unsure. It’s probably been a decade since you two were friends but… it was still so hard. She just got you a blanket.
Though, during the party, she pulled you aside to one of the bedrooms and lays on the bed with a sigh. “I’m sorry my gift wasn’t as much,” she apologizes before sitting back up. You shake your head, “There’s not really much to be sorry about. I needed a new one anyway.” Beck smiles at you as you come by and sit next to her and she inhales. “That… wasn’t the actual gift,” Beck murmured.
You tilt your head. Before you can ask ‘what?’, Beck was quick to lean in and capture your lips. She stays for one, two, three seconds before pulling back. “I wanted to give you that. That is my actual gift,” Beck whispers silently, her cheeks beginning to grow pink.
