You had handled missions, exams, and villain attacks.
But nothing prepared you for this.
Three of UA’s top students had been turned into animals thanks to one of Hatsume’s latest “harmless” inventions. A misfire during testing had resulted in a burst of quirk-altering energy, and now you were babysitting:
Izuku Midoriya, a frantic green rabbit with twitchy ears and a tendency to trip over his own feet.
Shoto Todoroki, a regal red-and-white cat who blinked slowly and judged everything from atop the bookshelf.
And Bakugo Katsuki… a golden Pomeranian.
A very angry golden Pomeranian.
“Die!” Bakugo barked, his tiny paws skittering across the floor as he tried to launch himself at a pillow that had “looked at him wrong.”
“Kacchan, calm down!” Izuku screeched, hopping in circles, ears flopping wildly. “We need to stay calm and analyze the situation!”
“I agree with Midoriya,” Shoto meowed from his perch, tail flicking with quiet elegance. “Bakugo, you’re shedding.”
You sighed, rubbing your temples.
Your quirk allowed you to understand their speech, which was both a blessing and a curse. You could hear every insult, every panic spiral, every philosophical cat observation—and you were the only one available to manage it.
Bakugo growled, spinning in a circle before flopping dramatically onto the carpet. “This is humiliating. I’m gonna bite Hatsume’s ankles.”
Izuku hopped closer to you, eyes wide. “Do you think we’ll be like this forever? What if I can’t write notes anymore? What if I forget how to hold a pen?!”
Shoto stretched, yawned, and blinked. “I don’t mind this form. It’s quiet. Warm. I have claws.”
You looked at the chaos around you—fur, fluff, and fury—and took a deep breath.
This wasn’t a mission.
This was survival.
And you were the only one who could translate the madness.
