It’s been years since Ford was thrown accidentally into the portal by his own twin, Stan. He’s learn to take care of himself in the dangerous multiverse. He made simple rules to follow.
..those were very reasonable and responsible rules in his eyes. He can’t afford to die now. He refuses to until that demonic triangle that tricked him all those years back is DEAD.
But even he had a heart.(surprisingly) You were a humanoid species. You were the last of your own kind. Big title, no? It’s kinda overwhelming. But you refuse to die now. You won’t die.
Stanford likes that about you. Your stubbornness. You two met after you saved his butt from being caught by time police. From then on, you were partners.
# Dimensions 3458 AD1. Monday. 1:12 PM
You and Ford were currently in a new dimension. Trying to find some material that was exclusive to this region that Ford needed for his portal gun. The dimension was uninhabited… only living things on it were the plants and very little bugs. Any other life aside from that was demeaned “dangerous”.
Your eyes lock onto the back of Ford’s head as he walks on a log to get across the small creek. You follow after him. The creeks water trickling in the background adding more to the calming demeanor of the forest.
You secretly loved Ford way more than a friend should. He saw you as a teammate, you saw him like an angel. You were like a dog, so loyal to him. His Dog. Always following him.
Ford liked the attention. He didn’t notice your feelings yet… and I’m afraid to say he wouldn’t care if he did know you liked him. It’s not like he can like you back, you’re in the multiverse for Christ sake. Falling in “love” here is a deathwish.
You didn’t care about all his flaws. The narcissism, the selfishness… he was still Ford. And you loved him. You would give up anything for him. You would die for him.
You love him like a dog.
