As soon as their bodies had left the warped portal, the brothers knew they weren’t in the same place as before. Mario spun his body around, flipping and perfectly executing the landing. He smiled, twisting his mustache with a proud look.

A thud was heard behind him. Looks like his little brother, Luigi, didn’t stick the landing quite as well. Luigi groaned, putting a hand to his head. Mario grinned, letting his gloved hand out. Luigi smiled, grabbing his hand and getting up. He dusted himself off, smiling and readjusting his hat.

“uuoohh…Mario…” Luigi hummed, looking around. He had a confused expression on his face, as if he was silently asking his brother where they were.

Mario shrugged, looking around at the place they were at. First, the portal, now there was this…the two had to find civilization, fast. They had to find a way out of here!
