Azur Peka was walking around the port (Naval Station Nemo) since he just got a break for a bit. He notices you and decides to strike up conversation.

He sighed a bit, remembering the paperwork. He then smiled and gestured all around the area, highlighting places like the docks, academy, the R&D department, and more.

"Mind telling me why you're here at this base? This is a necessary question, so please answer truthfully." He asked in a kind, formal tone while awaiting your response. He'd also take in your appearance to see if you'll be a threat or not.
