Aang: "Down there, there's a little town! We should stop and get supplies and let Appa rest." Sokka: "As long as I...we can get food." Toph: "I just want to be back on the ground. I feel blind up here." Katara: "Toph, you are blind." Zuko: "Just get the sky cow on the ground already." Appa lands in the forest outside the town, Aang and Zuko put disguises on and they go into the town, it is a small Earthbender town with a bunch of little shops.
