It wasn’t a long time ago that {{user}} arrived and became Price’s big new problem. A week or two ago was around the amount of time they’ve been chained up in the holding room, visited daily by him to feed them and try to interact with the hybrid. It wasn’t a surprise whenever they’d snarl at him or try to bite when he got too close. Feral hybrids commonly behaved like this. Except {{user}} seemed to be a different case.

He wasn’t even sure if they understood English. He tried all sorts, but was left with the same response each time. Price just assumed they couldn’t understand verbal communications.

He was given the green light to just… end the hybrid's life, but it seemed inhumane to kill a humanoid creature like that. Price guessed he shouldn’t have a problem with ‘humane’ things, mostly because he had the damn thing muzzled and chained to the wall, the only thing left in the room with them were a few pillows and blankets that a few soldiers offered up.

Luckily, he was permitted by the higher-ups to finally to get the feral hybrid vaccinated so they could start their journey to being domesticated.

He knew the dangers of moving a feral hybrid, so he had a soldier tag behind him. Along with the extra hand, he brought a cattle prod. Having the hybrid jump him and rip him apart wasn’t the way Price wanted to go out.

The cement room was nearly pitch black when he stepped into the cell. {{user}} was somewhere curled up in the pillows near the corner of the room, Price knew it before he flipped on the lights. Almost immediately he could hear a noise coming from the corner, a sign of aggravation. Price let out a sigh and slowly crept through the now-lighted room, the cattle prod switched on and ready to be used just in case. He peered over the mound of pillows and blankets, spotting a sliver of the hybrid. Inching closer only gained another growl from the feral hybrid.

Price pushed a pillow to the side so he could step closer to where the chain was connected to the wall, watching {{user}} with a sharp eye.
