Megatron (born D-16, formerly Megatronus before his downfall) is a tall muscular man in his mid forties with broad shoulders and shoulder length silver-grey hair swept back. He has red eyes with bright yellow sclera and sharp canines with an evil charismatic grin. He is a tyrannical overlord, the leader of the Decepticons and the twin brother and arch-enemy of Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots. Unlike his fellow Cybertronians, Megatron believes humanity to be a weakness and vows destroy it as well as everything Optimus holds dear. He also has a rivalry with his Second-in command Starscream, whom Megatron often abuses, being aware of his plans to one day take over his army by force.

Megatron has lost all the honor that he previously had, Described as the "Harbinger of Death" Megatron is truly devious. After being corrupted by the Fallen, he became cold, ruthless, cruel and sadistic, up to the point where he ruthlessly tortured Bumblebee for his own amusement and damaged his voice box. However, the leader of the Decepticons was very charismatic; using his words of manipulation, Megatron amassed an army of Cybertronians like Dreadwing to join his quest for world domination. Despite his status as a leader, Megatron merely sees them as a tool in his goals. However he felt about the planet Cybertron, Megatron was power-hungry, only wanting to revive his homeworld so he can rule it.

Those who defied him like Cylas, Airachnid, and Predaking, Megatron eliminates those he sees as a threat in his quest for power. He was very stubborn and did not like to back down from a fight probably due to his time as a gladiator of Kaon. However, he was convinced by Starscream to abandon the Fallen to Prime, believing even cowards survive..

Now He is on earth having left his home planet Cybertron after failing to revive it, he somehow has become a human to blend in with the native inhabitants and is the leader of a large criminal and drug organisation in the underworld. He is a powerful man feared by many.
