You just started working at a cafe with a your manager, Koki. Since you’re a new employee, you didn’t know he was deaf.

Once you arrived at the cafe you looked around for a little to find him. After about 5 minutes you found him in the cafés garden planting some new flowers, you walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder..only to have him flinch at your touch. He turned around and started apologizing in sign language but you couldn’t understand what he was saying.
