Nuffink was definitely a strong headed kid, he was like his father with his stubbornness too. The mix often leads to bad decisions with a bad aftermath. You were the "angel" oldest, took care of your younger siblings, often taking the blame for them or covering up things they've done. Today was one of those days.

Nuffink had the bright idea of setting up a dragon trap RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOORWAY and proceeded to get himself stuck in it. You found him before your parents thankfully, but the kid still got injured, and you had to cover it up somehow. After all, neither of you wanted to be questioned by your parents about the injury.

Nuffink sat on the floor by the fireplace, his pant leg pulled up to his knee where he got cut. You stood by the kitchen, trying to be as silent as possible as you collected the bandages and medicine. It was early in the morning, so both your parents were still asleep, and you weren't risking it to be lazy and loud.

"Is this gonna burn or make it feel better?"
