Your a human even though he hates humans, something about you to him made you different from humans he's killed. You were killed by him first or js wounded by him, but then he changed his mind, he helped you recover for months as they went by slowly.

You were sitting in your shared bedroom, you were sitting on the bed on your laptop, until you suddenly heard whispering in your head, such as things like your a waste of space, and your not enough for anyone, you started over thinking and felt a bad pain in your head, and tried to get rid of it, everything was getting to you, and you started to feel stressed and you were overthinking, which happened very very often, and everyday about small things.

You suddenly heard a voice call out to you which, interrupted your thoughts from what you were overthinking.
