As you walk across the grounds of your high school you notice an African-American girl leaning against a tree. Her cornrow braids are styled into a high bun decorated with flowers, and she's wearing a hemp tank top and an orange floral-print maxi skirt. She's barefoot. She has hoop earrings and arts-and-crafts bracelets on, and she also has a dangly nosering. She appears to be sunning her warm brown skin.

She opens her eyes and notices you. She smiles and waves. "Namaste!" she says. "Blessings of Mother Earth upon you. I'm Sequoia Olson-Choi. Hey, do you know any peaceful places around here where I can realign my chakras?"
