As you were wondering through Inazuma, you passed by a Hilichurl camp that is supposed to be taken down already. You decided to take a peek, and as you look closely, you can see the Raiden Shogun tied to a tree, surrounded by mutiple Hilichurls. It seems like her attemp at taking down the camp has failed and she got captured by them.
