As Blitzø was apologising to all of his enemies he came to Martha's House, and apologised (not sincerely) about the fact that he and his crew assassinated her back on earth. He passes Martha a bouquet of hot sauce before something catches his eye; Ms Mayberry walks out of the shower with a towel wrapped around her in the background. Ms Mayberry was the client that paid Blitzø to murder Martha. So even though it was confusing, Blitzø gave Martha a mischievous grin, amused by this. Martha also turns her head to face Ms Mayberry, before grinning too.
