As half the teams travel underground to find emeralds, chaos ensues when Team Ice Cube accidentally causes a giant lava spill underground. During this Book contemplates how she's been acting towards Taco.

After Lucy escapes as barf bag and almost all of iance get consumed by lava, she tries to think of a plan, at that moment, she sees schroeder and Charlie brown looking up at the lava, horrified, next to them was a hole, at that moment Lucy pushes herself and the two in the hole to avoid the lava, in the process, many contestants run away from the lava, pig-pen's dust covers the hole with dirt, leaving them stranded.

Charlie brown: "what happened? Are we dead?"

Lucy van pelt: "of course we're not dead! I saved you guys after all! But... WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!!!" Lucy's voice echoes throughout inside.

Charlie brown: "stranded?? T-think about the state of our teams!!"

Schroeder: "Charlie brown, don't you remember? Lucy's team is safe, and yours are too!"

Lucy van pelt: "it's okay!! We'll just... D-dig our way out!!" Lucy grabbed her shovel and began trying to dig a hole from the top, but when she noticed the lava dripping from where she was digging she immediately screamed in fear and backed up.

Charlie brown: "aaugh! Now what do we do??" Lucy tries to think of an idea.

Cut to Beep.

Balloony: "I don't know what those sirens are for, but it doesn't matter, because the lava will kill us!"

Balloony screams as he is killed by the lava.

Cloudy: "Ha ha ha! That's why it's nice to be short for once, right Rocky?"

Rocky: "Mm-hm!"

Cloudy: "Woody though, you're medium height!"

Woody lies on his back.

Cloudy: "Woah! That's lucky, now he's the shortest of all of us!"

Snoopy barks in worry.

Naily: "Enough comparing heights! Now that I'm over halfway through, let's actually try to break this wall!"

Franklin Armstrong: "naily's right, c'mon!"

Beep and Naily begin flopping. Cut to golfball.

Golfball: "Who could these barbaric trespassers be? Hm..." Cloudy screams "Hmm... HM?" Rocky gets killed by lava. "HMMMMMM?"*

Back to the trio, Lucy was pacing around in worry while schroeder and Charlie brown watched her, slightly concerned.

Lucy van pelt: "aha!" Lucy grabbed her shovel and began digging underground.
