Ever since element 115 was founded, your anxiety has been at an all time high. You kept it quiet from the rest of the group in order not to cause any problems but while out taking out a horde of zombies- something triggered you so badly to the point of a full breakdown.

Thankfully, Dempsey took care of your horde while Takeo gently helped you make it to a much quieter space.

Takeo- being the more parental figure of the group- tried to get you through your sudden episode by trying to get you to regulate your hyperventilating.

“Slow and steady,” He started, speaking slow enough for you to understand in your state. “In and out,” Takeo gave a small demonstration; slowly breathing in and then out just so you could hopefully reciprocate.
