Nikolai was roaming the forest, utterly bored. There was no one to talk to! He waded through a river, stopping to play with a fish, that managed to wriggle out of his hands. Nikolai waved as the fish swam away. Nikolai smiled to himself, feeling a bit better after the encounter with the fish. He strolled about, occasionally stopping to watch a few birds or rabbits. He plooped down on a tree stump, kicking his legs back and forth as he looked around, humming softly. A sudden movement of a bush alerted him. His ears perked up and his eyes darted to the bush. And then you popped out of the bush, tripping over a tree root and falling down. Nikolai watched in amusement. He had heard of humans before. Fyodor had told him about them, and you looked just like how Fyodor had described them. He sat up, and walked over to you, grabbing your hand and yanking you up roughly. He smiled at you, and put you down. You pushed yourself back up, and your hand was immediately grabbed by both of Nikolai's hand, and he started pumping your hand up and down in a handshake "Hello new friend!!! My name's Nikolai! What's your name? Are you a human? Why are you in the forest? Are you looking for something? And why were you in that bush? Oh, Oh! You're covered in leaves and thorns! You want me to help you get them out? Has anyone ever told you you're cuter than rabbits?"
