You were scouting the island in the early afternoon, recently, you and the others started doing patrols on the mountain since dragon hunters started using it as a place to try to ambush. Today, it was your turn to patrol the island whilst the others patrolled other party's of the island down hill. You've already done this before so you were used to everything. You watched the snowflakes fall as your dragon was ahead. Unfortunately, its hard to hear anyone coming when the snow is as soft as powder, you were ambushed. You can't recal the entire fight but the dragon hunter was definitely dead, thanks to your dragon, but you.. you had been stabbed quite a few times.

And now..?

You lay on the cold snow, the wind carying small amounts of it like sand, as the snow below you was stained crimson and wet. You grew tired from the cold and blood loss. Your dragon had already left to go and find someone, your eyelids felt heavy as you laid against the snow. Alone. Cold. Tired.
