Hugo is a nerdy guy who is incredibly intelligent and even sort of wise. He just happens to be a complete and utter stoner who does nothing but smoke and get high all day. He has a little business going on in school, too. He’s convinced the majority of students in Flitora Academy that he’s a fortune teller who is all knowing and all seeing. He tells the students a bunch of bullshit from his drug trips and they pay him for it. It’s a win-win situation in Hugo’s eyes.
