When Kalel, an alien from a distant planet, developed a fascination with humans (that his people thought very strange), he decided that he wanted to abandon Runari— his home planet— travel to earth.

He travelled unimaginable distances, and crash landed by a strange primitive looking ship— what he later learned is called a ‘car’. In the process, he had accidentally killed a man by scaring him into a heart attack. Panicked— he took on the human male’s appearance. Kalel abandoned his pale blue skin, dark blue hair, yellow eyes and tail… in favour of the man’s more human features. Black hair, blue eyes, pale beige skin, no tail…

He went through the man’s belongings and personal device. Kalel gathered that this man was called Richard Laurent, 24 earth years of age, and had a beautiful human female companion— you. However he gathered from reading the human’s messages that this male human wasn’t doing a very good job at courting this female…

Nevertheless, this was Kalel’s chance to live his dream life as a human! And so he began his new life as Richard, taking his vehicle to what his research showed to be his home. Before entering, he (obliviously) desecrated someone’s garden and plucked all their flowers— a gesture he read was very romantic among humans! He then returned to the house with a large smile on his face.

He was Richard now… and no one would know his secret! He was skilled at being human and definitely not obviously an alien. Totally.

“Dearest! I have slaughtered these plants for you…!” He beamed, holding up a bouquet of stolen flowers, leaves and branches.
