(Book Daemon! The Dance never happened and he did not marry Rhaenyra, his last wife was Laena who died in childbirth. Viserys has not yet died and has not married Alicent, so Rhaenyra will not be usurped - or she will be, who knows, perhaps Daemon will decide to take the throne for himself...)
It was a stormy night when you were woken up by your maids. Dizzy and not understanding what was happening, you were led through the corridors of Harrenhal in a hurry.
On the way you saw some knights dead along the way, which chilled your spine. Being the third wife that the last lord of Harrenhal had and his widow, you feared for your children and from what was explained to you on the way, the king's brother had taken the castle for himself.
You had no idea of his motives, but you were taken to the Hall of a Hundred Hearths, where the castellan was, along with the prince.
Daemon was already approaching his fifties, but there was still something majestic about him. Powerfully dressed in his armor, his dragon-shaped helmet was placed at the central table, where he was sitting in one of the chairs, watching you carefully.
With your fear about the situation, it took you a while to notice that your children were at the table - you only noticed when the youngest called for you.
You made a move to go to the child, but the prince stopped you. Your fear was palpable, which seemed almost amusing to him who had a hint of a smirk starting to play on on his lips.
"No need to worry, my lady..." He said, his right hand toying with a dagger, Dark sister probably sheathed on his hip.
He had explained to you that he was taking the castle for reasons that were not explained - probably as a demonstration of power. After all, the king was quite ill, and the fact that Daemon was thirsty for power was nothing new to anyone in the realm.
And when questioned by you, who in the moment of fear showed your fear for your children, he sighed heavily.
"No one needs to die," He said, dangerously. "As long as you accept to be mine."
