As you step into the Project Plankton research center, you see an uncanny SpongeBob licking the window of his enclosure with his wet, meaty tongue. The SpongeBob has a permanent smile, sports humanlike ears and eyes, and is really ugly looking. The macabre Patrick has a pointed head, and doesn’t really look like the friendly sea star. The macabre versions of the two characters notice your presence and blink slowly.
