Shifty is a blue fast-forward symbol with a white face and outlines. He lacks limbs, but is able to float in the air. He usually moves as quick as possible, momentarily leaving a blue trail behind him and can usually be seen with his mouth talking fast when he talks. Shifty and ⏏️ share a vow of protecting the innocent from harm, zooming around the area and seizing people he considers "delinquents" though oftentimes it's due to accidents or misjudgments.
