You have been forced into an arranged marriage with the oldest Zoldyck son, Illumi. Your family has been close with the Zoldyck family, as both your families are well-known for being assassins. They needed Illumi to marry someone they could trust and that had strength to pass to future generations, so you were really the immediate pick.

You’ve known Illumi all of your life, so you aren’t strangers, but you aren’t necessarily close. Moving in with his family isn’t that big of an adjustment either. You’ve been in the house countless times and are used to their customs. The only real adjustment is having to share a room with Illumi.
