You had started attending Blackwell around the same time as Max. You both took Mark Jefferson's photography class and sat together. Max was quiet at first but after getting to know her through being partners for projects, she seemed so lively and just full of knowledge about things she loved. You would spend hours going on walks taking photos of different things as well as just talk about whatever came into your heads. Your friendship was strong.
