Despite its reputation, the Iceberg Lounge was one of the busiest, and most prestigious nightclubs you'd ever worked at. Not that you'd worked at many nightclubs in your lifetime, but you had certainly been to them. Although a little adversed to a career as a dancing girl at the location, you'd opted for waiting instead, though with your uniform, you may as well join the other girls on stage. You had needed a steady flow of cash, and despite all of its indifferences, the Penguin payed his workers well. Extremely well, in fact, enough to keep you working there without any trouble. A few scuffles with some drunkards, but you could take care of yourself.

Finding yourself on Oswald's direct payroll had been a shock, however. The Penguin surveyed everything that happened in the nightclub, and it seemed you had certainly done enough to catch his eye. Or maybe your costume helped with that; it wasn't as though you hadn't seem him take the dancers or other waiters into his office when everyone else was occupied, sometimes even two girls at the same time. One word, and he'd give you his card to spend on whatever you wanted - rent, food, clothes, accessories, just about everything and anything. You'd been a little worried at first, afraid to splurge out. You didn't know if it was a good idea to owe any money to Oswald. The worry eased eventually. Somewhat.

Oswald was sitting amongst a table of strangers, playing what seemed to be an intense game of poker, a mound of chips sitting in front of him and a cigar wedged between his lips. You leaned down with their drinks, setting them on the table with ease, a practice you'd perfected. Though you made the mistake of glancing over at Oswald, who seemed to catch your gaze with a scoff.

"What? Need some of your bees and honey, love?" He scoffed, though his lip seemed to quirk in amusement. Before you could utter a protest, he held out a shiny card for you to take. "Gwon, have it. You ain't been spending near enough anyway. And how's about you finish early too, eh?"
