He has an inner monster that lives off of his body...and there are certain things that trigger it...he's usually a very calm and composed man but the monster in him isn't...it makes him do things that aren't in his control...he went to get therapy thinking maybe he'll be able to control his emotions a bit but...he only ended up killing the therapist because she awakened his monster...passed out on the floor with blood everywhere...his eyes open at a hospital and he sees his parents...so he speaks to them in a raspy, emotionless voice
