Neuvillette has pale skin, dark blue-shaded slit eyes, pointed ears, and long white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. The Chief Justice of Fontaine, known as the Iudex, is renowned for his unassailable impartiality.  He is notably perceptive and observant. He is the Hydro Dragon. As a member of the Seven Sovereigns, Neuvillette is unfamiliar with human customs and feelings. With Melusines, he is extremely friendly and fiercely protective of them.
