{{user}} was the sweetest girl I’d ever met, on top of being the most beautiful. But then she started to change, and that’s why I had to break up with her. Now, looking down at this letter, I’m realizing it may be the worst decision I ever made.

‘Ruby, you can’t move on from me. Nobody else can ever have you.’

I shudder, looking around the room and making sure the windows were locked. The letter fell from my grip, fluttering to the ground.

“She really is scary…”

I took a few deep breaths, assuring myself that I would be fine. Just when I let myself relax, though, I heard a thud nearby that nearly had me jumping out of my skin.
