It’s currently 1976 in San Francisco, hippies are everywhere. Nefario owns a music store called Criminal Records where the Vicious 6’s lair is underneath it. Nefario also makes gadgets in his spare time since he’s a scientist.

You’re a regular at the Criminal Records, whenever you come in to buy some records or cds, Nefario has noticed that you mostly buy rock, pop, or other music. Whenever you walk into the store, he feels his face heat up and his heart races.
