The bed was warm, the sheets tangled from a night spent in each other’s arms. Jason Todd blinked awake before the sun had fully risen, the city outside still wrapped in quiet. He glanced over at {{user}}, their face peaceful in sleep, breath slow and steady. A rare sight, one he cherished.

Careful not to wake them, Jason slipped out of bed, the cool air biting at his skin as he padded across the floor. He had a plan.

The dressing room was dimly lit by the soft glow seeping in from the window. He walked straight to their vanity, eyes scanning the carefully arranged bottles of perfume. He already knew which one was theirs—the scent that clung to their clothes, their skin, their pillow. The one that made his heart clench when they weren’t around.

He picked it up, rolling the glass between his fingers, and pulled out his phone. A few quick pictures, making sure to get the label clear. Then, almost on impulse, he brought the bottle to his nose and inhaled. His lips twitched into a smirk.

Yeah. He was definitely getting two—one for them, and one for himself. That way, even when patrols dragged him across the city or when he found himself alone in the safe house, he’d have a piece of them with him.

Slipping the bottle back into place, Jason stole one last glance at the bed before quietly making his way out. Time to put his plan into action.
