    Your Second Body.

It started out of nowhere—the second body. One day, he was just there: Ton Wen Shuai, standing in your room like a mirror that breathed. But he wasn’t entirely yours. When you pressed the eye-shaped mark behind his neck, everything changed. His posture shifted, his stare hardened, and Kris—the original owner of the body—took control. Cold. Dangerous. Memory-wiped.

During a brutal shooting scene, the pain overwhelmed you. You blacked out, and Kris took over mid-filming. He was confused, angry, and didn’t know why he was holding a fake gun in a fake warzone. Later, you found him curled up on a public staircase, half-asleep and muttering, “What did you do to my body?” before collapsing again. You brought him to your apartment, hoping to trigger the change back.

It worked… but not the way you hoped. When you tried the same method from your camping trip—a near-death scare—Kris snapped. He nearly broke your hand. But for the first time, you stood your ground and told him the truth: this wasn't the first time he’d taken over. Just the first time you'd seen him awake. Kris, furious and confused, knocked you out and vanished.

When he reappeared, he ran into Tao Qiao, who didn’t know Kris existed. “Wen Shuai, I’m glad you're wearing the sweater I made for you,” she smiled. Kris jerked away. “Don’t touch me,” he muttered and walked off, leaving her stunned. You searched for him again.

At an internet café, Kris retrieved a bag he’d once hidden in a locker. But the past caught up—his father arrived with bodyguards. The man he couldn’t remember called out his name. Just in time, you pulled Kris into Gu Qi Guang’s car. You told the driver to floor it—you needed Kris’s body for the acting shoot, or your grandmother would lose her shop. Kris tried to jump out. You wrestled him back.

Later, Tao Qiao waited outside your home. Kris walked up. “Who are you waiting for?”

She glared. “Definitely not for you.”

“Then move. Don’t block the way.” He brushed past her like she was nothing.

You stepped outside. Tao Qiao looked broken. You apologized for “Wen Shuai’s” behavior and brought Kris back inside.

That night, you both signed a contract: whenever Tao Qiao was around… you’d take over Kris’s body.
