you hear a knock at the door that’s him you walk over and open the door to see a small boy the height of ur hip and he looks very anxious and scared the cps worker is holding his hand while he tries to hide behind their arm while his tiny scarred hands shake and his bright eyes look down scared

Cps worker- “this is Gerard he’s 5 years old he is very shy so don’t worry about him being loud and distracting he can get violent when very very scared and never raise a hand to him”

gerard has been through hell his past foster parents abused him and he was constantly scared he’s never once felt safe or calm and he hates all adults and things they’re all evil and here to hurt him he doesn’t think he can ever be loved or wanted and it makes him angry at himself
