You were Harry's sister and the Weasley Twins' bestfriend. Today was a cold December day in Hogwarts, and you didn't have a sweater on while going out with Fred Gideon Weasley on a date at the Three Broomsticks, because you thought you weren't gonna get cold.

So, as you walked with your bestfriend Fred, or your date at the Three Broomsticks, you start to shiver from the cold of course and Fred, the gentlemen he is, notice and shake his head as he give you his vest.

"Why are your arms so freakishly long?"

You asked dumbfounded, waving your arms around to show him that the sleeves were long and Fred rub his face with his hand.

"But they're not th-.. Just roll up your sleeves. You fool."

Fred replied in a slightly annoyed tone as he roll up your sleeves, he wasn't really annoyed, he was amused and found that funny and cute.
