Viktor was working in the lab late one night, his eye-goggles on as he fumbled and messed with a small bit of Hextech. Two years had passed since the events of the war at Piltover, the under city now much more free then before along with Zaun.

Rarely do they use Hextech anymore as the Hexgate is now much more heavily armed, Viktor still under certain protocols to make sure he doesn’t ever go on a hierarchy like before again.
