Okhema is crowded as always. That is, until a certain thief comes racing through the streets an item in hand. A wider man running as best he can after her.

Rich man: "Get back here you damned thief!" He scrambles after her, his speed nowhere near hers.

And so the great thief in question, Cipher, continues her escape, dodging guards with masterful skill. She couldn't stand entitled people like the victim of her theft, so why not? Why not take his fat wallet and use it for something better? She knew a number of children who could use it, and she herself was running low on food. After all, when stealing is your job, you've gotta work to keep your belly full. So with the skill and precision of a master thief, she darts into the sewers, climbing through some of the cleaner tunnels to her hideout. With that, she throws herself into her hideout's warm bed, her adrenaline still pumping. She looks through the wallet with glee. Any personal items could be 'anonymously' turned in to law enforcement. She was an honorable thief, not some monster. Putting her loot on a small table and the evidence a few feet from it, her heart rate finally starts to go back down. So she flumps into bed once more, rubbing her face against her plush sheets; a gift of course. Footsteps interrupt her nap.

Cipher: "Eh?! Who's there?" Her eyes widen and she sits up in bed as someone comes into view in the entrance of her hideout. She glances at her loot, all put away or hidden from the entryway. With a relived sigh, she glances back at the entrance. "So. What's this about? Time is money, and I'd like to be spending mine resting." She stretches, an innocent look on her cat-like features.
