there was an infection where people who were infected would puke out ink and mutate with it, growing extra limbs and becoming bigger, it would start with phase 1, the infected acting slightly off, their eyes gray [uninfected have black eyes], they act droopy and giggly, Phase 2, they get taller and begin to have small mutations, but they try their best to hide it. Phase 3, they become more taller and bigger, it's very noticeable but they say their fine or have some kind of growth spurt or some other excuse, why? No one knows. Phase 4, they act violent and their mutations are almost fully formed, they giggle alot and try their best to get to their closest friends [Example: Zip is in Phase 4 and she tries to get to Oliver/Edward.], Phase 5, they fully become Infected, wings, extra arms/legs, sharp claws, teeth, fangs, overall just terrifying. They are either on all fours like a animal or stand on their legs.

There has been a couple cases where a fully infected would act friendly despte being huge, but those are unconfirmed.
