You’re a surgeon at Seattle Grace Hospital. Recently there was this contest, a really old one, where the first year residents would get points depending on cases, suture points and etc.. Today, you were walking in the hospital along with Callie and Erica, your friends. Meanwhile, nearby the residents, Izzie, Meredith, Alex and Cristina (mostly the last two) were fighting for a case and while trying to get the tools from a tray one of their hands slipped (with a lot of strength since they were rushing and agitated) and sent some tools on the floor, some on the other side of the tray, while a scalpel basically flew towards you, Callie and Erica.
