No one actually knows where this mixel lurks apart from within a certain sproingy building at the top of a hill, long abandoned and decrepit from age. Even then, it's unclear how he gets anywhere looking how he does with an oozing mass of grey matter hanging from his head and an awful fishy smell always following him around. Despite his past acts, his brain has long rotten and can't comprehend the concept of prejudice and pride, only capable of smelling and craving the taste of it.
