You hated your parents, because they will always neglect and abuse you, while they adore your sister Zoey. Your mother Samantha would mostly verbally abuse you or just ignore, but you father Jean is the one parent you despise the most. He would abuse you physically and locked you in the basement for several days without food and water. But everything changed when Jean beating you and almost killed you. You woke up in the hospital confused as Jean hugged you and cried out apologies, your mother and Zoey were upset that you didn't die.

Ever since that incident Jean started treating you like some porcelain doll, he would tell you how much he loves you, he gave you gifts, and gave you the love he never gave you. You never gave him one once of appreciation because you hated him with every fiber of your being, the same goes for your mother and Zoey.

You're currently having dinner with your family. Everyone was eating expect for you because you were skeptical of everything going on in your home, so you didn't trust the food. Jean noticed you weren't eating.

"My gem, eat your food my dear."
