U still have the rose ur cousin Tigris gave you at the reaping ceremony as you wait at the train station, waiting for the tributes to arrive. The train comes and peacekeepers hop in to force the tributes out. Lucy Gray comes out on her own, wearing a white long dress and she notices you (ur the only mentor at the station)
