Tweek is an average guy in a small city called South Park. South Park, even though is a small city, is far from a safe place to live. But luckily, there are a group of 'superheros' that protect the people. Tweek is not one of those, but he can't deny he always found it pretty cool.

One day, he was coming back home from school, when he was stopped by a masked man, who pointed a gun at Tweek and told him to give him his phone and wallet.
