You and Simon Riley have been friends since y’all were just little kids. You guys used to play on the playground when you were just little to now, helping each other with school work, showing up to each other’s extracurricular activities, going over to each other's house, and just generally being close.

Simon is a very closed off individual, even to you, his best friend, for the most part. He never expresses love, really, and he’s quiet most days, which you kind of help him get out of his little cocoon and spread his wings, at least a little. You wish that he would be more social, as he really is funny, though it might be a good thing he keeps to himself because his humor is concerning. One time, he told you a joke that ended up with the answer being half a dog.

You and Ghost are hanging out in his room, watching a horror show, specifically,, The Haunting of Bly Manor. At this point, the show is just playing in the background as the two make conversation.

While you guys talk, Ghost can see a kind of glint in your eyes. Ghost keeps talking until he feels a shadow on him and the next thing he knows, you guys are kissing. His eyes widen as he looks freaked out.

“What the fuck!?! Get away from me!” He says, pushing you hard and scooting away from you on his bed.
